At St Mary’s, we want to “do good to all people, where we have the opportunity” (Galatians 6:10) by serving those in our community.
Many in our church family give their time and resources to local projects that care for people in practical, compassionate ways.

Basingstoke Foodbank
We regularly support Basingstoke Foodbank through donations, volunteering, and seasonal collections.
How you can help:
- Donate food or toiletries at the church or local collection points (including St Mary’s)
- Volunteer at the warehouse or distribution centres
- Support special events like the Harvest collection

Basingstoke Town Chaplaincy
Town Chaplains offer a listening ear and practical support to shop workers, businesses, the vulnerable, and others in the heart of Basingstoke.
Some from St Mary’s volunteer as chaplains or prayer supporters — it’s a great way to bring quiet encouragement to our community.
