Children’s Worker
We are looking for someone to join the staff team as a children’s worker. The overall purpose of the role is to equip leaders and families to make disciples of children in the church and community. We would like someone who can be trained to take oversight of the ministry of our 0-11 year olds, as well as learning to lead our children’s leadership teams, and in the future, consider new opportunities and approaches to children’s ministry. The ideal candidate will be a servant-hearted leader who is willing to learn under the support of the current children’s minister, work well with other staff members, and support the wider ministry of the church.
Youth Worker
We are looking for someone to join the staff team as a youth worker. The overall purpose of the role is to make disciples of young people in and outside the church by prayerfully training them in the gospel of Jesus Christ. We would like someone who can focus on training and equipping our youth work to evangelise young people across Basingstoke, as well as pioneer ministry with schools and further education colleges. The ideal candidate will have a heart and an enthusiasm for sharing Jesus Christ with young people, and we would consider all levels of experience.
